Returns

Our promise

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unused, in its original packaging, for a full refund of the item. Candles must be unlit.

How to return

1. Email larkspurandco.hello@gmail.com with your order number and what you're sending back.
2. We'll reply with the return address and a return label if you're in the United States ($4.50, taken off your refund).
3. Pack it well, ceramics especially, and send it with tracking.

Refunds

We refund to the card or account you paid with within 5 working days of the return reaching us. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Delivery costs are refunded only if the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.

What we can't take back

Prints that have been framed or hung, personalised and custom orders, and gift cards.

Exchanges

We don't do direct exchanges. Return the piece for a refund and place a new order, so you get the one you want before it sells out.
