Do you gift wrap?
Yes, free, on everything. Tick "Gift wrap" at checkout and add a note; we write it by hand. Prices are never included in a gift parcel.
Can I send it straight to someone else?
Yes. Put their address as the delivery address and yours for billing.
Is the stoneware food safe? Dishwasher safe?
All our mugs, bowls and teapots are food safe and dishwasher safe. Vases and planters are for display; wash them by hand.
How do I look after linen?
Wash at 40 °C with similar colours, tumble dry low or line dry. It softens with every wash. Iron while damp if you like it crisp.
When will something sold out be back?
Usually within six weeks. Our makers work in small batches, so we can't always promise a date. Ask in the chat and we'll tell you what we know.
Do you take custom or large orders?
Yes, for weddings, offices and events, from 20 pieces. Allow 6–8 weeks. Email us with what you have in mind.
Do you sell wholesale?
To independent shops, yes. Email us for the wholesale price list; the minimum first order is $400.
How can I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. We never see your full card number.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
Not yet. Our studio is for packing only, so we can't take visitors or collections.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes, from $25 to $200, sent by email straight away. They last 2 years.
