We pack every order by hand in our studio and send it out the next working day.

We don't ship to other countries yet. Orders outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by your country when they arrive; we can't pay these for you.
When it goes out
Orders placed by 1pm Eastern, Monday to Friday, go out the same day. Anything after that goes out the next working day. We don't send on weekends or public holidays.
Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us. If the tracking hasn't moved for five working days, write to us and we'll chase it.
Something arrived broken
It happens to ceramics now and then. Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a new one or refund you, whichever you'd like. You don't need to send the broken piece back.
Changing your address
If your order hasn't gone out yet, we can change the address. Reply to your order email as soon as you can.
